Hermetically packaged, it has a shelf life of 40 months from the date of production at room temperature.

Product Instructions for Use: Thoroughly mix a 1000g bag of powder with 3.5liters of water. Put it in the Sorbeto machine and after 25 minutes the ice cream is ready to serve.
