Despite their size, they are professional machines that are easy to use. Simply pour the contents of our special ice cream into the machine and after 20 minutes you will be ready with 2.6 kg of delicious Gelato and 7.5 kg of Gelato in an hour.
Cleaning the device is also quite simple: remove the mixer from the machine, wash it under running water, then clean the tank with a damp towel and put the mixer back in the machine.
